Bankruptcy Experience:
Melvin J. Babi has worked on in excess of 2000 consumer bankruptcy cases. Beginning with advising prospective clientele at the initial consultation, the potential benefits and risks of filing bankruptcy. His experience has also enabled him to help Chapter 13 clientele calculate the most beneficial payment plan to assist the client in receiving a discharge and completing their bankruptcy. He has also attended numerous bankruptcy court hearings, negotiated and obtained favorable settlements with creditors and Bankruptcy Trustees' for the benefit of the client.
